We had gone back, after a mess up from our original visit a little while back. Not only did the house buy our pizza but also a complimentary round of drinks as well. The server we had, Tasha, was also a manager was super friendly, attentive, personable and it was great to see her not afraid to get in and help out on the floor. The manager Robert personally came over, introduced himself, apologized for our prior experience and was very hospitable. The customer service, and all around involvement of managers this location has is something so many places lack today. It was an absolute great experience our second time around. We ordered the calamari which was very fresh and great tasting, as well as had their house sangria which was made perfectly. The set of skills their management possesses is one that many local restaurants can learn to replicate. Thank you for making our second experience there a great one. We look forward to returning

I have been dying to try New Haven style pizza forever and finally got the chance while traveling for work. I'm glad I did, I think this may be the best pizza I've ever had. Ray and Jaime at the bar were great, friendly and also seemed happy to be there for my first apizza experience. Everything about it is perfect, the crust, the sauce, the flavors, the atmosphere, the experience. I would go out of my way if I were anywhere even remotely close to Connecticut to go back to whatever Sally's location I can get to.

So delicious! You can choose to have less char on your pizza if it's not your thing fyi (and they explain this to you). A bit loud with the music, but if it's not super busy, you can hear your company just fine. The food is worth it regardless

Sally's Apizza has one of the best pizza's on the planet. Stopped by this location and it was more convenient than the original Sally's Apizza in New Haven. It was easy to order ahead and take out at the restaurant. If ordering ahead during a busy time, be prepared to wait a little longer. With online ordering it will tell you how long you have to wait for your order. The pizza here is tasty with a coal fired thin crust and unique sauce. You have your choice of toppings here, but if you've never had it start with the basic mozzarella and cheese pizza and work your way up. The White Pie pizza here is also fantastic. The restaurant offers many other mouth watering dishes including wings, salads, sandwiches, and entrees. The staff at the restaurant was friendly and helpful. Parking here was not difficult. Definitely, put this place on your list of must try pizza places in the US.

Outstanding service! Our waitress, Kasia, was beyond amazing—attentive, friendly, and truly made our dining experience special. The customer service was top-notch, and the food was just as impressive. Highly recommend this place for great pizza and exceptional service!

Soo good, miss living near new haven pizza. The new location in rocky Hill is very very good. Def a must visit, Not as good as New Haven location. We will 100% be back as it's the best pizza around
